The Aryung ACP-401A belongs to the ACP-A Series of horizontal coolant pumps developed for machine-tool coolant systems where installation space is at a premium. The compact design makes the pump easy to install while providing consistent coolant circulation for machining operations. Widely used in general-purpose machine tools, the ACP-401A offers dependable coolant transfer and reliable day-to-day operation. During initial installation and startup, cutting oil should be added through the outlet side and the self-suction chamber should be completely filled before operation begins. Because the pump incorporates a mechanical seal, dry-running conditions and prolonged idling should be avoided, with idle operation limited to less than 30 seconds. These operating practices help maintain seal integrity and promote long service life.
