Description
The Aryung ACP-181A belongs to the ACP-A Series of horizontal coolant pumps developed for machine tools and industrial equipment where installation space is limited. The compact horizontal configuration allows the pump to be integrated easily into machining systems while providing dependable coolant circulation for general-purpose applications. The pump utilizes a mechanical-seal design that supports reliable operation when properly maintained. For initial startup, cutting oil should be introduced through the outlet side and the self-suction chamber must be completely filled before operation begins. Because the pump utilizes a mechanical seal, prolonged idling should be avoided and operation without fluid should not exceed 30 seconds. Widely used on general-purpose machine tools, the ACP-181A provides reliable coolant transfer, compact installation flexibility, and dependable day-to-day performance in machining environments.
