Description
The Aryung AMGP-01AF-100 belongs to the AMGP-01AF-T Series of intermittent lubrication pumps engineered for centralized lubrication systems requiring accurate and dependable lubricant delivery. The pump utilizes a built-in digital timer and can be used with proportional distribution channels (DB type) or quantitative distribution systems including ARD-340 ARD-350 and PVO type valves. The front-panel alphanumeric display provides clear operating-status information while making abnormal conditions easy to identify. Break time and discharge time can be programmed accurately to ensure lubricant is delivered at precisely the required intervals. When low-oil conditions are detected the pump can provide an optional warning signal to an external machine control system. A front-mounted Feed button allows rapid air bleeding after installation and provides convenient manual lubrication when required. The AMGP-01AF-100 is widely used on machine tools printing machinery food-processing equipment textile machinery injection molding machines and many other industrial systems requiring dependable automatic lubrication.
