Description
The Aryung ACFS Series is a platform-type separately installed high-pressure coolant unit engineered specifically for operation with the ATP-216CH pump. Supporting flow rates up to 29 L/min and operating pressures of 20 or 30 bar, the system utilizes a dual-stage FC/FCE filtration arrangement consisting of a primary cyclone filter and a secondary element or bag filter. The secondary filtration stage includes an air-powered cleaning system that enables filter reuse without disassembly, extending service intervals while reducing maintenance effort and replacement costs. A built-in supply-pressure gauge operating from 1 to 3.5 bar provides convenient monitoring while the integrated pump relief valve, adjustable from 5 to 40 bar, helps maintain safe and stable operating conditions. The ACFS Series is designed to provide effective filtration, reduced downtime, and dependable high-pressure coolant performance for demanding machining environments.
