Description
The ARCF Series is a centrifugal‑separation system that recovers clean fluid by spirally centrifuging contaminated liquid flowing at a constant pressure from the dirty‑drain inlet. Purified fluid is discharged from the upper outlet while heavier foreign substances—such as cutting chips—settle naturally for removal. Using a cyclone‑based filtration method, the system achieves approximately 95% separation and recovery of fine particles. For water‑soluble cutting oils containing foreign matter in the 10 µm to 2 mm range, recovery rates typically reach about 60% when used with non‑aqueous fluids. The cyclone block features a hard‑surface treatment for excellent abrasion resistance, enabling semi‑permanent use without replacement. Maintenance is simple and cost‑effective since no filter cleaning or replacement is required, and discharged foreign matter can be easily collected using a chip conveyor or basket.
