Description
The Aryung ARCF Series is a centrifugal separation and fluid recovery system engineered to recover clean fluid from contaminated process liquids through cyclone-based filtration technology. Contaminated liquid entering the system is subjected to spiral centrifugal forces that separate heavier foreign matter from the usable fluid stream. Clean fluid is discharged through the upper outlet while chips and other contaminants settle naturally for collection and disposal. The cyclone filtration method can achieve approximately 95 percent separation efficiency and is capable of recovering foreign matter ranging from approximately 10 microns to 2 mm depending on the application and fluid type. The cyclone block features a hardened wear-resistant surface treatment that provides excellent abrasion resistance and enables long service life without routine replacement. Because filtration is achieved without disposable filter elements the system eliminates filter-cleaning and replacement requirements while reducing maintenance costs and downtime. The ARCF Series is well suited for machine-tool coolant systems and industrial fluid-recovery applications where efficient contaminant removal, reduced operating costs, and long-term reliability are important.
