Description
The Aryung AHGU Series is a pump-stand-integrated submerged high-pressure coolant unit developed for machine tools requiring convenient installation, removal, maintenance, and service access within cutting-oil tanks. The unit utilizes a G17 Series gear pump and incorporates a built-in suction filter with an optional automatic cleaning function using a Mesh #150 filtration element. The self-cleaning mechanism is air actuated and allows long-term filter reuse while reducing maintenance costs. Operation can be managed through a self-contained controller or PLC-controlled solenoid operation from the machine tool itself. A built-in relief valve provides simple working-pressure adjustment while a discharge-pressure gauge and optional 2 bar pressure switch provide operating-status monitoring. Optional cyclone filtration can be installed on the discharge side, and internal or external relief-valve configurations are available with adjustment ranges from 5 to 70 bar. The AHGU Series combines filtration, automation, and high-pressure coolant delivery within a compact submerged package optimized for demanding industrial machining applications.
