The AHGU Series is a pump‑stand–integrated, submerged high‑pressure unit designed for easy installation and removal from a machine tool’s cutting‑oil tank, making maintenance and repair highly convenient. It is equipped with a G17 Series gear pump and features a built‑in suction filter with an optional automatic cleaning function (Mesh #150). The air‑actuated self‑cleaning system allows long‑term reuse of the filter, reducing maintenance costs, and supports both self‑contained controller operation and PLC‑based solenoid control from the machine tool. A built‑in relief valve enables simple working‑pressure adjustment, and the unit includes a discharge‑pressure gauge along with an optional 2‑bar pressure switch for high‑pressure pump‑operation detection. Optional cyclone filtration can be applied on the discharge side, and internal or external relief‑valve configurations are available with an adjustment range of 5–70 bar.
