Description
The Aryung ACFO Series is an open-type separately installed high-pressure coolant unit developed for applications requiring easy maintenance and dependable filtration performance. The system utilizes either a G17 Series gear pump or an S20 Series screw pump and incorporates a dual-stage FC/FCE filtration system. The first stage uses a cyclone filter capable of recovering more than 95 percent of foreign matter between approximately 10 microns and 2 mm, enabling semi-permanent operation without replacement. The second stage uses an element or bag filter to remove remaining suspended contaminants and provide complete coolant filtration. Integrated instrumentation includes 60 and 100 bar discharge-pressure gauges, an optional 2 bar discharge-pressure switch, a 1 to 3.5 bar supply-pressure gauge, and a secondary-filter pressure gauge that indicates cleaning intervals. Optional supply-pressure switches, high and low level float switches, and a built-in relief valve adjustable from 5 to 70 bar further enhance system reliability. Optional casters simplify installation and relocation while supporting convenient maintenance access.
