The ACFO Series is an open‑type, separately installed high‑pressure unit designed for easy maintenance and equipped with either a G17 Series gear pump or an S20 Series screw pump. It features a dual‑stage FC‑method filtration system: a primary cyclone filter capable of recovering more than 95% of foreign matter ranging from approximately 10 µm to 2 mm—allowing semi‑permanent use without replacement—and a secondary element or bag filter that removes remaining suspended contaminants for complete filtration. Cutting oil filtered by the cyclone stage is designed to drain naturally for efficient handling. The unit includes a 60/100 bar discharge‑pressure gauge, an optional 2 bar discharge‑pressure switch for high‑pressure pump‑operation detection, a 1–3.5 bar supply‑pressure gauge, and a secondary‑filter pressure gauge (0.8 bar) to indicate cleaning timing. Additional features include an optional 1 bar supply‑pressure switch, high/low‑level float switches, and a built‑in relief valve with a 5–70 bar adjustment range. Optional casters allow easy movement and installation.
