Description

The ACHF‑H25‑CTA Series is a cabinet‑type, non‑water‑soluble high‑pressure unit equipped with a helical‑rotor pump to maintain a quiet working environment. It uses a bag‑filter system (25 µm or 50 µm) and includes a bypass valve to relieve shock when the high‑pressure pump stops. The unit features an all‑in‑one design that integrates the high‑pressure coolant system with an oil cooler, along with a discharge solenoid valve (3–6 sol) and a PLC controller that provides automatic level management with simplified wiring for easy service. A PC‑based touchscreen offers clear visibility of operating status, error alarms, and abnormal‑condition actions. Additional built‑in components include a solenoid valve (3–6 sol) for automatic interfacing with host equipment, a feed pump, a 250‑bar discharge‑pressure gauge, high/low‑level float switches, and an external relief valve with a 10–150 bar adjustment range for easy high‑pressure control. The clean tank incorporates both a cooler and a heater to maintain optimal coolant temperature. The unit also includes an interface connector, a warning light, and casters for easy movement and installation.
