The ACFC Series is a cabinet‑type, separately installed high‑pressure unit equipped with either a G17 Series gear pump or an S20/S25/S29 Series screw pump. It incorporates a cyclone filter that enables permanent, replacement‑free operation, capable of recovering more than 95% of foreign matter ranging from approximately 10 µm to 2 mm, depending on the cutting material. The system features a dual‑structure tank with separate clean and dirty chambers, along with a built‑in dirty‑oil pump (ACP‑250F, 150 L/min, 4 m head) that forcibly discharges contaminated cutting oil after cyclone filtration. Additional built‑in components include a 60/100 bar discharge‑pressure gauge, a 2 bar discharge‑pressure switch for high‑pressure pump‑operation detection, a 1–3.5 bar supply‑pressure gauge, an optional 1 bar supply‑pressure switch, and a high‑level float switch for overflow alarms. A relief valve with a 5–100 bar adjustment range ensures safe pressure control, while optional LED indicators provide clear visual status monitoring. The unit is mounted on casters for easy movement and installation.
