Description
The Aryung ACFH-T216 Series is a cabinet-type high-pressure coolant system engineered for machine tools and industrial machining applications using non-water-soluble coolant. Built around the AMTP-3000-216CH internal-gear trochoid pump, the system delivers high-pressure coolant performance up to 30 bar while providing dependable coolant circulation, filtration, and automatic system management. The integrated clean-tank design incorporates automatic oil-level control, LED operating-status indication, interface connectivity, warning-light monitoring, and automated operation through 3-port or 4-port solenoid valve configurations. A built-in feed pump, high/low level float switches, discharge-pressure gauge, and adjustable relief valve with a 5 to 50 bar operating range support reliable day-to-day operation and simplified system monitoring.
A major advantage of the ACFH-T216 Series is its dual-stage filtration system. The primary cyclone filter can recover more than 95% of foreign material ranging from approximately 10 microns to 2 mm depending on the machining material, and can be used semi-permanently without replacement. The secondary element filter captures suspended particles that bypass the cyclone stage and can be refurbished for reuse, helping reduce operating costs while maintaining excellent coolant cleanliness. Designed for easy installation and maintenance, the cabinet-mounted system includes casters for mobility and an interface connector that simplifies connection to machine tools, power supplies, and control wiring.
