Description
The Aryung ACFH-H25-CTA Series is an all-in-one cabinet-type high-pressure coolant system designed for non-water-soluble coolant applications. The unit combines a quiet-operating helical-rotor pump with a bag-filter system, integrated cooler, heater, PLC controller, and touchscreen monitoring interface. Filtration is provided through 25-micron or 50-micron bag filters while a bypass valve helps reduce hydraulic shock when the high-pressure pump stops. The system incorporates automatic level management, simplified wiring, and easy serviceability through integrated controls. Operators can monitor operating conditions, alarms, and abnormal-condition actions through a PC-based touchscreen display. Additional system components include a feed pump, discharge solenoid valve, 250-bar pressure gauge, high and low level float switches, interface connector, warning light, and an external relief valve adjustable from 10 to 150 bar. The clean tank incorporates both cooling and heating functions to maintain optimum coolant temperature and system stability. Designed with casters for mobility, the ACFH-H25-CTA Series provides advanced coolant management, temperature control, and high-pressure machining performance in a single integrated package.
