Description
The Aryung ACFH-H25 Series is a separately installed cabinet-type high-pressure coolant unit designed for non-water-soluble coolant systems and equipped with a helical-rotor pump for quiet operation. Filtration is provided through a bag-filter system using 25-micron or 50-micron filter elements with quick-coupler replacement capability and a washable reusable filter-basket design. A bypass valve helps absorb pressure shocks when the high-pressure pump stops, while a built-in discharge solenoid valve and PLC controller simplify automatic level management and reduce wiring complexity. A PC-based touchscreen interface provides clear visibility of operating conditions, alarm status, and machine actions. Additional integrated components include a feed pump, discharge-pressure gauge, high and low level float switches, interface connector, warning lamp, and external relief valve adjustable from 20 to 120 bar for precise pressure control. Designed for easy maintenance and mobility, the unit incorporates casters and automatic machine interfacing features that make it an excellent solution for high-pressure coolant delivery systems.
