Description
The Aryung ACFC Series is a cabinet-type high-pressure coolant unit engineered for separate installation in machine-tool and industrial coolant systems. Available with either a G17 Series gear pump or an S20, S25, or S29 Series screw pump, the system incorporates a cyclone filter capable of recovering more than 95 percent of foreign matter ranging from approximately 10 microns to 2 mm depending on the cutting material. A dual-tank structure separates clean and contaminated fluid while a built-in dirty-oil pump forcibly transfers contaminated cutting oil after cyclone filtration. Integrated instrumentation includes 60 and 100 bar discharge-pressure gauges, a 2 bar discharge-pressure switch for pump-operation detection, a 1 to 3.5 bar supply-pressure gauge, an optional 1 bar supply-pressure switch, and a high-level float switch for overflow alarms. A relief valve adjustable from 5 to 100 bar provides safe pressure management, while optional LED indicators simplify status monitoring. Mounted on casters for easy movement and installation, the ACFC Series provides advanced filtration, coolant management, and high-pressure performance for demanding machining operations.
