The design incorporates double angular contact bearings for stable, high‑performance rotation, along with an anti‑friction seal that provides effective coolant deflection at high speeds. A heat‑treated body adds strength, rigidity, and extended operational life. A carbide point option is also available, hardened to HRa 90 ± 5 for superior wear resistance.
