The Point Tech BNL30A/BNL30AC CNC High Speed Live Center is engineered for machining operations requiring increased accessibility and precision performance. The extended A-type configuration provides additional reach and tool clearance while maintaining guaranteed accuracy of 0.003 mm TIR (0.0001"). A heat-treated point hardened to HRc 60 ±2 delivers dependable durability and wear resistance, while a double angular contact bearing assembly supports stable high-speed operation. Protection against coolant and contamination is provided through a high-performance lip seal and deflected-shaft bearing-protection design. The heat-treated body increases rigidity and helps maintain machining accuracy during demanding production work. For extended tool life and increased wear resistance, carbide-point options hardened to HRa 90 ±5 are available. The BNL30A Series is ideal for CNC and conventional turning applications where clearance, precision, and reliability are important.
