The BNL30 / BNL30C CNC High Speed Live Center features an extended 30° design and delivers 0.003 mm TIR (0.0001") accuracy, making it suitable for both CNC and conventional machines. Its shaft‑extension design improves tool clearance and machining flexibility, while the heat‑treated point (HRc 60 ± 2) ensures durability and long service life. A high‑performance lip seal and deflected‑shaft design protect the double angular contact bearing assembly from dust and coolant intrusion. The heat‑treated body provides added strength, rigidity, and longevity. A carbide point option is also available, hardened to HRa 90 ± 5 for superior wear resistance.
