The Point Tech BNHL30/BNHL30A High Speed Premium Live Center is engineered for demanding CNC and grinding applications requiring additional reach without sacrificing accuracy or rigidity. The extended 30° configuration improves tool clearance and machining flexibility while maintaining guaranteed accuracy of 0.002 mm TIR (0.0001"). Rated for spindle speeds up to 6,000 RPM, the center incorporates a heat-treated point hardened to HRC 60 ±2 and premium roller-bearing construction to ensure smooth, stable operation. An anti-friction seal protects internal components from coolant and contamination while supporting reliable performance at elevated spindle speeds. The heat-treated body adds structural rigidity and long-term durability. For increased wear resistance and extended service life, a carbide-point option hardened to HRa 90 ±5 is available.
