It supports spindle speeds up to 6,000 RPM, with a heat‑treated point (HRC 60 ± 2) for durability and long service life. The design incorporates roller bearings for superior performance and an anti‑friction seal that provides effective coolant deflection at high speeds. A heat‑treated body adds strength, rigidity, and extended service life. A carbide point option is also available, hardened to HRa 90 ± 5 for enhanced wear resistance.
