Its heat‑treated point (HRc 60 ± 2) ensures durability, while a high‑performance lip seal and deflected‑shaft design protect the double angular contact bearing assembly from dust and coolant intrusion. The heat‑treated body adds strength, rigidity, and long service life. A carbide point option is also available, hardened to HRa 90 ± 5 for superior wear resistance.
