The Point Tech BHS/BHSC Super High Speed Live Center is designed for CNC machining centers, grinding machines, and other high-speed precision equipment where exceptional rotational accuracy and reliability are critical. Delivering guaranteed accuracy of 0.002 mm TIR (0.0001") and rated for spindle speeds up to 12,000 RPM, this live center is optimized for demanding high-speed applications. The heat-treated point is hardened to HRc 60 ±2 for durability and long service life, while an optional carbide point hardened to HRa 90 ±5 provides exceptional wear resistance. A labyrinth sealing system helps deflect coolant and contamination during operation, promoting stable performance at extreme speeds. Proper installation requires positioning the drain hole at the bottom of the assembly to ensure effective coolant management. A heat-treated body further increases rigidity, strength, and durability, making the BHS/BHSC Series an excellent choice for precision machining operations where speed, accuracy, and reliability are essential.
