The Point Tech TN/TNC Heavy Duty Live Center is engineered for CNC and conventional machining operations where heavy loads, reliability, and precision are critical. Delivering guaranteed accuracy of 0.003 mm TIR (0.0001"), the center incorporates a tapered-roller-bearing assembly that provides excellent load-carrying performance and rotational stability during demanding machining operations. The heat-treated point, hardened to HRc 60 ±2, offers excellent durability and long service life under continuous production conditions. For applications involving abrasive materials or maximum wear demands, carbide-point versions hardened to HRa 90 ±5 are available. Combining precision accuracy with robust bearing support, the TN/TNC Series is ideal for heavy-duty turning applications where both performance and durability are essential.
