The Point Tech Face Driver is a high-performance workholding solution designed to maximize productivity in turning and gear-hobbing operations. By allowing complete machining in a single clamping, the system reduces setup time, improves concentricity, and increases overall manufacturing efficiency. The Face Driver can be mounted directly on the headstock in place of a conventional chuck and securely transmits torque to the workpiece without slippage, even during aggressive cutting operations. Precision accuracy of 0.02 mm TIR supports both high-production and precision-machining environments. Nano-technology-finished drive pins provide excellent durability and wear resistance, while the wide clamping range accommodates a broad variety of workpiece sizes and shapes.
