The Point Tech BNL30/BNL30C CNC High Speed Live Center is designed to provide the accuracy and durability required for modern CNC and conventional machining operations. Guaranteed to 0.003 mm TIR (0.0001"), the extended 30° configuration improves tool clearance and machining flexibility, making it easier to access complex workpieces and restricted machining areas. The heat-treated point hardened to HRc 60 ±2 provides long service life, while the double angular contact bearing arrangement supports smooth, stable rotation. A high-performance lip seal and deflected-shaft design help protect internal bearings from coolant and chip contamination, promoting long-term reliability. The heat-treated body enhances rigidity and structural stability during demanding machining operations. An optional carbide point hardened to HRa 90 ±5 is available for applications requiring maximum wear resistance and extended service life.
